At My Perfume Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the perfume in its original box and use protective bubble wrap to ensure the glass bottle remains secure during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the seal is intact, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
